Karnataka Postal circle invited application for the post of Postman/Mailguard for 258 vacancies. As per the notification, the eligible candidates can apply for this post on or before january 3,2014. The vacancy details, eligibility criteria, and application details are below:

Total No of vacancies : 258
Postman: 248 vacancies
Mailguard: 10 vacancies
Salary offered: 5200-20200 with grade pay of 2000 with admissible allowances.
Qualification: Minimum 10th/SSLC passed or equivalent qualification for both the position.
Age Limit: Candidate should be between 18-27 years as on 3-1-14. Upper age relaxation is for reserved category only.
Selection process: The selection process is fully based on the marks scored by the candidates in the aptitude examination only. The merit list will be based on the marks only.
Examination fees: The candidates need to pay 200 at any postal circle on karnataka.
